Please contact our customer service team to initiate the process for product replacement or refund by providing the reason for your request.

If your product is eligible for a refund, please return it to us in its original packaging along with the receipt. The packaging should be in its original condition and securely packaged as it was received.

If the item received is faulty or damaged on arrival, you can request for a replacement or refund.

The refund will be made to the original payment method, it will take approximately 14 workings days.

Please note that goods/products damaged by the customer are not eligible for exchange. We are not liable for any items lost during the return shipment process. Once we have received and verified the returned goods/products, customers can expect to receive a refund or replacement within 5 to 7 working days.

Standard Delivery

Confirmed orders are processed and shipped out within 3 working days. You should receive your product within 5-7 days from the ship out date.

Checking the status of your order
You can check the status of your orders by accessing ‘My Account’ and click ‘Orders’.

My order status shows ‘Payment Pending’. Why?
The order has been received, but no payment has been made. Pending payment orders are generally awaiting customer action.

My order is ‘processing, what does that mean?
Hang tight! Your order is being processed and will be shipped out shortly. At this stage, you’ll receive an email update from us that will contain a tracking number for your shipment.
